Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling and psychotherapy is a confidential, safe, and supportive spaces where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. It’s about understanding what’s affecting your well-being and helping you connect with your own inner resources to feel calmer, more confident, and at peace with yourself.
I’m a person-centred experiential therapist with over 11 years of experience, offering therapy in English and Arabic. I specialise in supporting women, young people, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly those navigating the challenges of living between different cultural worlds. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your identity, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and fully yourself.
How Can I Help
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re managing anxiety, family conflict, past trauma, or cultural pressures. In therapy, I provide a confidential, compassionate presence that allows you to:
Explore and make sense of your feelings
Build self-trust and confidence
Understand how past experiences shape your present
Discover what helps you feel steadier and more supported
I have particular experience supporting women navigating cultural expectations, identity challenges, and life transitions, as well as young people facing pressures at school, work, or in social life. Therapy with me is culturally sensitive and collaborative, honouring your experiences and helping you find your own solutions.

The Power of Consistent Counselling
Change and personal growth take time. Meeting regularly—usually for at least six sessions—gives you the space to explore your feelings, notice patterns, and discover your own ways to feel calmer and more confident. Therapy offers a safe, collaborative environment where you can grow at your own pace.
